Align: Committing to the things that matter most
Passage: Luke 18:1-8
Theme: The context of the persistent widow is that of Jesus’ return. She pictures a vulnerable, needy believer who appeals to an unjust judge that ultimately responds. The push of the passage is how much more will a Righteous Judge intervene. It will take a steadfast faith! It takes great faith to stay aligned with Jesus and His mission. We need to pray as we move forward. “What kind of people ought we be when the Son of Man returns?”
