Congregational Assessment

As we pray, plan and prepare for the future, we believe that your input is an important part of the process.  We are asking for your help to better understand and describe the health, vitality and culture of Fox Valley Church.

We are inviting all people who call Fox Valley Church their home to participate in an online congregational health assessment called the Congregational Assessment Tool (CAT).  Your response is very important to us.  The results of this assessment will provide insight as we seek God’s leading in our planning.
